17 inches in 6 months!

Hi my name is Audrey and I’ve been a member at Drop10 Fitness for 8 months now and I’d like to tell you my story.

I’ve always been active and liked working out but never really worked out in a structured setting. About 2 years ago I experienced a devastating injury to my spine which resulted in my being paralyzed on my lower right side. I had 2 back surgeries and thankfully I recovered after 8 months of extensive rehab. As you can imagine being inactive for so long devastated my body, both weight wise as well as muscle development. After getting clearance from the my medical team to start an exercise routine and deciding to get my body back I looked for a fitness center that would give me the guidance, variety and programs that would help me reach my goals.

I found Drop10 Fitness in Mt. Laurel! Right from the beginning I knew I was at the right place. The intimacy of the small class size, variety of classes and individual attention was just what I wanted.

I do Art of Strength training, HIIT, TRX and some of the "Strength & Sculpt" classes.  I love the fact that I can book my schedule online so I can plan my day and be more accountable to myself. Since I started my exercise routine I have lost 15 pounds and 17+ inches. I’m so thrilled with my progress I couldn’t imagine a day without going to Drop10. I have never felt better, stronger or have been more motivated!

The trainers are great, they keep you focused and on track. The individual attention I receive is as if I hired a personal trainer but without the expense.
